The Gymnast Portal is a gymnastics club management platform operated by the service provider ("we", "us"). Clubs, coaches, parents, and athletes use the platform to manage training, attendance, progress, and communications.

By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure.

Club administrators control access for coaches and staff within their organisation.

Parents may access child data only where consent and club permissions allow.

You must use the platform lawfully and in line with our Acceptable Use Policy.

You must not misuse safeguarding features, upload harmful content, or attempt to access data you are not authorised to view.

If you upload profile photos, club logos, or other images, you confirm you have the right to use them and that they comply with our Acceptable Use Policy.

Clubs are typically the data controller for athlete and member data entered into the platform.

We provide the platform as a processor where applicable under separate data processing terms.

We may update features and these Terms. Material changes will be communicated and may require re-acceptance.

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
