This policy sets expectations for safe, lawful, and professional use of the platform.

Use accurate information when logging sessions and notes.

Respect safeguarding boundaries and escalate concerns appropriately.

Only access athlete data you are authorised to view.

Upload only appropriate profile images (headshots, club logos). Do not upload offensive, sexual, violent, or unrelated content.

Share login credentials or attempt unauthorised access.

Upload offensive, discriminatory, unrelated, or inappropriate images (including of people without permission).

Use automated tools to scrape or abuse the service.

Club administrators are responsible for ensuring uploaded club logos and branding comply with their organisation's policies and intellectual property rights.

Parents must only upload photos of their own linked children where they have authority to do so.

The platform and clubs may remove images that breach this policy or safeguarding requirements.

Clubs and the platform operator may suspend access for breaches of this policy or applicable law.
